Our team of experienced, classically trained instructors will guide you through this program using Gratz apparatus, which is the finest equipment available.  With a few sessions a week, you will see amazing results.

Schedules for Private Sessions

Pilates Challenge is open seven days a week, and we maintain hours that accommodate the busy lives of our clients.   For private one-to-one instruction and duets and trios, we start as early as 6:00 a.m. during the week and offer appointments throughout the day, with the last sessions at 7:00 p.m. or 7:30 p.m.  On weekends, our hours are a little more limited, but we stay flexible so we can arrange sessions that will work for you.   Just call or send us an email to set up a schedule that will suit your needs. 

Group Mat Class Schedule

While we focus primarily on private training through one-to-one, duet, and trio sessions using our fantastic Gratz equipment, we also encourage clients to learn about and perform mat work.   Therefore, Pilates Challenge offers a series of popular small-group mat classes.  Based upon the requests of our clients (we love feedback!) we have added morning sessions on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.  Because the classes are small, they are appropriate for all levels.   Here is the current schedule:

Mondays at 6:00 p.m. — Group mat class

Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. —- Group mat class

Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m.  and 7:00 p.m. — Group mat classes  (Wednesday 9:00 a.m. is a NEW TIME starting January 29, 2014!)

Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. —- Group mat class

Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. — Group mat class

Fridays at 10:00 a.m. — Group mat class

Saturdays at 10:00 a.m.  and 12:00 noon  Group mat classes  (Saturday at 12 noon is a NEW TIME starting February 1!)

Class size is limited, so please call or email to reserve space.   Sessions last 45 minutes and are $25 per class.  Packages of five and ten mat classes are available for $115 and $200, respectively, and our packages do not expire (and they may can be shared!).   We also have just begun a special unlimited mat class offer: $250 for as many mat classes as you wish to attend in a 30-day period.

Pilates Challenge also is happy to arrange “private group mat classes” for those of you who have a group of four or more friends who would like to join together to take a mat class, tailored for your group, at your preferred time.  Just call or email for details!
